All prices are in NZ$, and are subject to the Government VAT tax of 12.5% Rates effective Jan 1/08 Dec 31/08 The Beachfront Hut NZD$ 55.00 - per night single NZD$ 70.00 - per night dbl The Garden Unit NZD$ 60.00 - per night single NZD$ 80.00 - per night dbl NZD$ 97.50 - per night triple Treehouse Hut (Two Storey Unit) Upper Unit NZD$ 55.00 - per night single NZD$ 75.00 - per night dbl Lower Unit NZD$ 55.00 - per night single NZD$ 75.00 - per night dbl NZD$ 97.50 - per night triple Booking confirmation for Matriki Beach Huts Note: the cancellation fee is equal to the deposit; there is a 2 night minimum! Note: you may pay your deposit with credit card, but while at the resort we prefer balance of payment in cash if possible, ( there are 2 bank machines on the island). 1st option: Visa or Master Card only. Send CC details in 2 separate emails. Email is very secure but we take this extra precaution. 1st email: Card type and first half of number. 2nd email: Remainder of number, exp date, name as shown on card. Your statement should show “Matriki Adventures Ltd.” Note: If you do not wish to use email, you may telephone the details to us (682 31564) 2nd option: Personal cheque providing there is sufficient time for the cheque to be sent and cleared (2-3 months) Make checks payable to: Matriki Adventures. Make note on checks, which unit and dates of your stay. 3rd option: Bank transfer, we will provide details upon request. Note: The banks usually charge a large fee for this type of transaction, up to $50.00. Mail to: Matriki Beach Huts P.O. box 32 Amuri Aitutaki, Cook Islands Airport transfers are $10.00NZ round trip, or $20.00 per family up to 4. Check-in: 1pm Check-out: 10 am Early check-in and late check-out available if there is no turn over of the unit on that day. (Late check out fee $25) We have a common area to use during your day if waiting for a late flight. To secure your reservation a deposit of 50% is required which can be sent by credit card, (Visa or MC only), cheque in your currency, (providing there is time to receive and process check, 2-3 months), telegraphic transfer or manual/electronic deposit, (bank transfers can be costly as the banks will charge a fee of up to $50), Bank details provided with your booking confirmation.
