Rates
All prices are in NZ$, and now include the VAT tax of 12.5%, so have not changed. 2 nights minimum stay. Rates are effective as long as on the site The Beachfront Hut NZD$ 62.00 - per night single NZD$ 78.00 - per night dbl The Garden Unit NZD$ 67.50 - per night single NZD$ 90.00 - per night dbl NZD$ 109.50 - per night triple Treehouse Hut (Two Storey Unit) Upper Unit NZD$ 62.00 - per night single NZD$ 84.00 - per night dbl Lower Unit NZD$ 62.00 - per night single NZD$ 84.00 - per night dbl NZD$ 109.50 - per night triple Booking confirmation for Matriki Beach Huts Note: we require a deposit of 50% to secure a booking. The cancellation fee for 'no show' and within 30 days is equal to the deposit. Cancellations between 30 and 60 days can be reimbursed if the space is rebooked. Prior to 2 months will be reimbursed. Reimbursement amount is less whatever bank fees and less an administration fee of $25. Note: you may pay your deposit with credit card, but while at the resort we prefer balance of payment in cash if possible, ( there are 2 bank machines on the island). 1st option: Visa or Master Card only. Send CC number and expiry date in 2 separate emails. Email is very secure but we take this extra precaution. 1st email: Card type and first half of number. 2nd email: Remainder of number, exp date. Your statement should show “Matriki Adventures Ltd.” Note: If you do not wish to use email, you may telephone the details to us (682 31564) 2nd option: Personal cheque in your currency providing there is sufficient time for the cheque to be sent and cleared (2-3 months) Make checks payable to: Matriki Adventures. Make note on checks, which unit and dates of your stay. 3rd option: Bank transfer, we will provide details upon request. Note: The banks usually charge a large fee for this type of transaction, up to $50.00. Mail to: Matriki Beach Huts P.O. box 32 Aitutaki, Cook Islands Airport transfers are $10.00NZ pp round trip, or $30.00 per family. Check-in: 1pm Check-out: 10 am Early check-in and late check-out available if there is no turn over of the unit on that day.
